Miss Venezuela Org Announces Historic Changes to Leadership Structure

Following the recent scandal that forced the Miss Venezuela Organization to temporarily shut its doors, the pageant released an official statement today detailing the announcement of the brand new Executive Committee. Three former international title holders will be responsible for revolutionizing the contest. 

Miss Universe 2013, Gabriela Isler, has accepted the position of Director of PR and Training. She will be the Official Spokesperson of the organization and also take the lead in training the winners for their respective international contests. 


Miss International 1985, television host Nina Sicilia will be the General Manager of the Miss Venezuela Competition. She will be the executive in charge of planning and strategic decisions. 

Miss World 1995, Jacqueline Aguilera has been appointed as the Image Director of Miss Venezuela. It will be her duty to freshen up the image of the contest, delegates and winners in all aspects of fashion ranging from wardrobe, photography and public appearances.

"We are delighted that these accomplished professionals have accepted our invitation to join Miss Venezuela. Their extensive experience and knowledge of the world of beauty, in addition to their skills developed by their chosen professional fields, will undoubtedly bring new life to the contest and allow us to advance steadily towards the evolution we seek," Jonathan Blum, President of Cisneros Media said. Blum further stated that the first details about the changes coming to 2018 contest will be announced soon.
