Mariam Habach Santucci has been crowned Miss Venezuela 2015 during the national finals held October 8.
The 19-year-old beauty dentistry student representing Lara is edged out 24 other candidates for the right to wear the powerhouse Venezuela sash in Miss Universe 2016.
A new crown for Miss Venezuela Universo, designed by George Wittels, was unveiled during the finals.
Miss Trujillo Jessica Maria Duarte was crowned Miss Venezuela Internacional and will compete in Miss International 2016.
Meanwhile, heavy favorite Miss Amazonas Andrea Carolina Rosales settled for the Miss Venezuela Tierra title. It is yet to be determined if she will be competing in Miss Earth 2015 in Austria.
Miss Yaracuy Gessica Fiume and Miss Vargas Elizabeth Coello finished first and second runners-up, respectively.
The candidates from Distrito Capital, Guarico, Monagas, Sucre and Zulia completed the Top 10.
Winners of special awards were Miss Distrito Capital (Miss Fotogenica), Miss Merida (Miss Elegancia), Miss Tachira (Miss Amistad) and Miss Yaracuy (Miss Talento).
Miss Earth 2013 Alyz Henrich and Miss International 1985 Nina Sicilia were among the finals night judges.
