Rafieya Asieya Husain, 21, confirmed her favoritism and was crowned Miss World Guyana 2014 in Georgetown. Atisha Gaskill placed 2nd and Denicia Willians was 3rd.

Guyana enjoyed much success in Miss World in the late 1960′s and early 1970′s, but haven’t had a semi-finalist ever since. Can Rafieya take Guyana back to the old good times?? Many pageant oservers believe so…

22 Year Old Zoé Trotman Crowned Miss Barbados World 2014

Miss Barbados World 2014 was elected and crowned in the presense of Megan Young, the current Miss World. The winner was Zoé Trotman, 22, 1.78 m-tall, who will be competing in Miss World 2014, on December 9th, in London, England.

Shakela Bellamy was the 1s runner-up and Melanie Park was the 2nd runner-up.

Chanel Beckenlehner Wins Miss Universe Canada 2014

After several attempts, Chanel Beckenlehner was finally crowned Miss Universe Canada 2014 and will get prepared to compete in Miss Universe 2014, in December. The winner hails from Caledon, Ontario and attends the University of Toronto as a Political Science Specialist. 

The 1st Runner-up was Kesiah Papasin, Etobicoke, ON; 2nd Runner-up was Lauren Howe, Toronto, ON; 3rd Runner-up was Sarah Harrison, Halifax, NS; 4th Runner-up was Nicole Lacz, Milton, ON.

Christmas Spirit Invades Miss World: 2014 Finals Will Happen In London, In December!

It’s now official: Miss World’s 2014 finals will be hosted by London, England, in December, just like in the good old times! Over 130 countries are expected to be represented in the world’s number 1 beauty competition

.

Miss World 2014 starts on November 20th and the new titleholder will be crowned by Megan Young on December 14th.

There’s a chance that for the first time in history Miss World and Miss Universe will have a conflict of dates. There are rumors that Miss Universe 2014 will be crowned on December 9th, but nothing official has yet been announced

Athlete Jose Ferrer Santillan Is Mister Argentina World 2014

Argentina has selected its representative for Mister World 2014, and he is model and athlete Jose Ferrer Santillan, 25, champion in surfing, cycling, among other sports’ modalities.

Mister Argentina will be in the English Riviera in June, and on the 15th he will compete for the title Mister World 2014.

Joanne Galea, 24, and Bjorn Demicoli, were the winners of Miss and Mister Malta 2014.

The event to place in Valetta, and the winners will represent the Mediterranean island nation of Malta in Miss and Mister World 2014.

Yarnaldo Rey Morales Is The New Mister International Venezuela 2014

Yarnaldo Rey Morales, 24, 1.83 m-tall, is the new Mister International Venezuela 2014. He will compete in Mister International 2014, in South Korea, trying the back-to-back title for his country.

The 1st runner-up was Joel Carbone and the 2nd runner-up was Robincal Fajardo.

COLLETE NWADIKE BECOMES MISS TOURISM NIGERIA 2014

Collete Nwadike, 23 year old English language and literature graduate from the Nnamdi Azikiwe University, Awka has emerged the new Miss Tourism Nigeria 2014.

Collete Nwadike who represented Anambra State out-shined 34 other tourism ambassadors at the event which held amidst so much glamour and paparazzi at the Ruby Gardens Events Center in Lekki, Lagos on 17th May 2014.

Collete will represent Nigeria at the 2014 Miss Tourism World pageant which will hold later on this year.


Miss Joy Arwhere representing Abuja was crowned Miss Tourism Nigeria Universe(1st Runner Up). She will represent Nigeria at Miss United Continent in Ecuador.

2nd Runner up position (Miss Tourism Nigeria Planet) was Mildred Odimegu who represented Kebbi during the event. she will also represent Nigeria at Miss Universe Princess in India.

Bea Toivonen Crowned Miss Finland 2014

Finland has crowned its representatives for Miss Universe, Miss World and Miss International 2014.

Bea Toivonen, 21, 1.79 m-tall, was the winner and will represent Finland in Miss Universe 2014.

Krista Haapalaine, 24, 1.73 m-tall, was the 1st runner-up and will compete in Miss World 2014.

Milla Romppanen placed 3rd, and will compete Miss International 2014, in Japan, on November 11.

Weluree Ditsayabut Is The New Miss Universe Thailand 2014

Weluree Ditsayabut was the winner of Miss Universe Thailand 2014 contest.

She is 22 years old and 1.70 m. Weluree will compete in Miss Universe 2014, possibly in December.


Runner-ups were Pimbonkgod Chankaew (1st) and Sunannipar Kritsanasuwan (2nd).

Miss World Canada 2014 Is Annora Bourgeault

The city of Regina is home to the new Miss World Canada: twenty-one year old Annora Bourgeault. The pageant took place in Surrey and the winner will now get prepared to compete in Miss World 2014, in November.

Ericka Virk was the 1st runner-up and Pooja Anand was the 2nd runner-up.

Miss Guatemala 2014

Three Grand Slam representatives were crowned yesterday night in Guatemala City:

Miss Universe Guatema is Ana Luisa Montufar, 20 years old, 1.73 m-tall.

Miss World Guatema is Keyla Lisbeth Bermudez, 22 years old, 1.72 m-tall.

Miss International Guatemala is Claudia Maria Herrera, 21 years old, 1.72 m-tall.

They will compete in their respective international contests representing Guatemala later this year.
