Qhue Concepts, Organizers of Nigeria’s awards winning pageant: Miss Tourism Nigeria World has launched the 2016 edition show.

Themed ‘My Heritage’ Edition, the 2016 show also marks the 5th anniversary of the international franchise and is power-packed to celebrate our rich dynamism and cultural aesthetics as well as values. 

According to Santiago Roberts, President of the Miss Tourism Nigeria Organization, this edition is designed to incorporate live entertainment into a robust tourism & cultural presentation to be witnessed by government and non-governmental functionaries, members of the diplomatic corps, business moguls/icons, traditional rulers, upwardly mobile fashionistas who are convivial, fun-loving as well as the press.

Open for young Nigerian females between the ages of 17 and 28 who are at least 5feet tall and above, Mr Alex Akarhume, the pageant director in clear terms stated, “We are looking for the next Tourism & Ultimate Brand Ambassador. We are in hopes of finding that young Nigerian female who has spunk, charisma, attitude, and that selling point to be the next face to grace billboards and pages of magazines as well as exude 'life' across televisions around Africa and the world. An ambassador who is fun, convivial, trending; not just able represent our sponsors and partners but most importantly, become a symbol of our rich HERITAGE.

2014 Miss Tourism Nigeria winner, Queen Collete Nwadike who became SA on Tourism to Anambra State Governor, His Excellency, Gov. Willie Obiano a month after winning has also become a major face in the Nollywood industry playing lead role in the Nollywood factory/Mnet Africa production ‘The Calabash’.
She also recently became the 1st black girl ever to win the MISS EXQUISITE FACE OF THE UNIVERSE 2016.

2015 Miss Tourism Nigeria World, Ifeoma Sharon Anya recently was inducted as a high chief (Ada Eji Eje Mba 1 of Enugwu Aguleri) as well as A United Nations Ambassador (SDG).

Ms Benny Nwokoro, Business Development Director encouraged sponsors to leverage in on this huge platform, saying With a very robust BTL/ATL media partnerships cutting across NEW MEDIA, BROADCAST, PRINT, SOCIAL NETWORKS, the Miss Tourism Nigeria project provides any forward looking and experimental premium brand a huge branding/activation opportunity to embed the brand values into consumers' sub-conscious and inevitably, arouse interest and creating desire/trial/switches.

Winner from this year’s show will walk away a brand new car, an opportunity to represent Nigeria at the next Miss Tourism World pageant, receive brand endorsements and lots of other consolations also will go to runner-ups.
